The training continues !

Hi all,

Yes, train is a pleasure to prepare for the new season of Triathlon 2012. Swim,ride and run time is a dream that many athletes perform around the world, be it that of Ironman 70.3, and whatever the triathlon to achieve. For professionals, it's every day for us, the age groups is to be as regular as possible by organizing the best possible between work and personal life. The goal of these efforts? To be the best possible on the next triathlon and especially take a huge pleasure to live it fully!




 
Swimming: progress for 10 weeks 

Week 6: The program


This week's workouts were well made. Two swimming sessions: one on Tuesday and another on Thursday. Swim in 1:30 in the early evening with the following program:
  1.     Warm up to 15 minutes 
  2. Swimming technique with pull-buoy and board (50 m board, with 50 m pull-buoy x5) to work with the board's legs and arms with pull-buoy)
  3. 200 m freestyle with fins training
  4. 200 m freestyle without fins
Alternate 25-meter breaststroke and 25 m freestyle without stopping until the end of the session, being careful to have good glide and not to be too fast.So I made this Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday ...? 
 When the session is also superb bike to live
 
 

This week, it is very cold outside ... go ride on the roads Lower Normandy does not tempt me. As my bike is mounted on the home trainer in the office, I want it! This session took place Wednesday evening, and for an hour, I rode in with the music in the ears! Inspiring music that I like and which is suitable for this session! So, switch gears and adjusting hardness of home trainer and ride with fun (and warm) and have a head full of images! It remains the weekend, where, in a busy schedule, I will make an average output (8 to 10 km) while being well protected by clothing running winter and be well fitted too! 
Then what?

The training program will evolve over time and I intend to improve in the Kings disciplines As the weeks and months ahead as the calendar moves a lot right now! In the meantime, have a great weekend and good training to all of you!
